We founded 413shirts.com with one goal in mind: to design the best in Western MA themed apparel and gifts, while giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our local business is located in Pittsfield MA in the heart of the Berkshires. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover as forms of payment at check out.
At this time we do not have the capability to sell or accept gift cards. We hope to figure out the logistics to this soon.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All of our products are custom pressed or custom made by hand to order and therefore all sales are final upon checkout.
We strive to hand press, print, and ship your orders within 1-3 days of receipt. Please note that there could be busier times of the year and we will reach out if we can't honor our shipping dates.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY APPAREL?
WHAT METHODS DO YOU SHIP?
We recommend washing your apparel on normal with cold water only. Dry on medium to low heat.
Most orders are shipped USPS first class or priority mail depending on the size of the order.
MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED! HELP!
WHAT IS THE MATERIAL OF YOUR APPAREL
Most of our T Shirts are a 100% Pre-Shrunk Cotton to give them a soft and comfortable feel that lasts. Most of our Hoodies are a 50/50 Cotton/Polyester blend that gives them super durability, a very soft touch and vibrant color that will last.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY GLASSWARE?
We recommend hand washing our glassware. We can not guarantee that transfers are dishwasher safe.

Coupons and coupon codes will be periodically distributed throughout the year. Please also check your clutter or spam email to make sure your filter didn't misplace them!

Yes! Our store is located at 1595 East Street in Pittsfield. We create items on demand in any size or color. Our gift shop is filled with unique locally made items such as candles, syrup, honey, leather goods, and more!

I SEE YOU CARRY SOAPS AND BATH BOMBS. HOW ARE THESE MADE?
All of our soaps and bath bombs are handmade. We have a list of ingredients for each of these products right on the product pages.
WHEN WILL MY LOCAL PICKUP ORDER BE READY?
Local pickups are generally available same day during business hours. You will receive an email from us when the order is ready for pickup. Local pickup orders placed on Sundays will be available for pickup on Monday.
